Freshly harvested Lion's Mane mushrooms, Indoor-farmed and freshly harvested mushrooms are a great source of protein, vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants.
Storage:
Refrigerate in a paper bag or cardboard box, preferably with a lined parchment paper. We always harvest on the day of the sale or the night before.
Use within 6-7 days of purchase.
Cooking and Handling:
No need to be washed. You may rinse them under running water. It is farmed in a sterile environment.
Sautéed with vegetables, vegetable stir fry, pairs well with garlic, onion, shallots, leeks, parsley, basil, coriander, ginger, and soy sauce.
