Lion's Mane (Hericium Erinaceus), edible gourmet mushroom with medicinal properties. It is a good source of protein, vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants. - No need to be washed. You may rinse them under running water. It has been farmed in a sterile environment.
- We always harvest on the day of the sale or the night before.
- Sautéed with vegetables, vegetable stir fry, pairs well with garlic, onion, shallots, leeks, parsley, basil, coriander, ginger, and soy sauce.
- Makes a good replacement for red meat.
