How to use:
- To rehydrate the mushrooms prior to use, place desired amount into a glass container, cover it with room temperature water, and let soak for at least 30 minutes to 8 hours, depending on how you intend to use the broth. One ounce of dried mushrooms equals 10 ounces of fresh mushrooms.
- Strain the broth into a second container. Rinse the mushrooms slightly to remove the grit and start using them for cooking.
Cooking and Handling:
