Oyster mushrooms a common edible mushrooms, a source of protein, vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants. Niacin, Vitamin D, Iron, Riboflavin, Potassium, Vitamin B6, B Vitamins, Folic Acid, Magnesium, Vitamin C, Pantothenic acid, and Amino acids.

How to use: 

• To rehydrate the mushrooms prior to use, place desired amount into a glass container, cover it with 

• room temperature water, and let soak for at least 30 minutes to 8 hours, depending on how you intend to use the broth. 

• One ounce of dried mushrooms equals 10 ounces of fresh mushrooms.
• Strain the broth into a second container. Rinse the mushrooms slightly to remove the grit and start using them for cooking. 

Cooking and Handling:

• Makes good soups, stews, gravy, and broth.
• Can be used in sauces, such as oyster sauce.
