Our mushrooms are loved by discerning chefs for their unique flavor and texture, making them a favorite at high-end restaurants and private clubs. Indoor-farmed and freshly harvested, these mushrooms are a great source of protein, vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants.
Storage:
Refrigerate in a paper bag or cardboard box preferably with a lined parchment paper.
Use within 6-7 days of purchase.
Cooking and Handling:
- No need to be washed. You may rinse them under running water. It is farmed in a sterile environment.
- We always harvest on the day of the sale or the night before.
- Sautéed with vegetables, vegetable stir fry, pairs well with garlic, onion, shallots, leeks, parsley, basil, coriander, ginger, and soy sauce.
- Makes good appetizers, soups, and stews, sauces.
- Makes a good replacement for red meat.
